J.S. Abrams Elementary Families Unwrap ‘The Gift of Reading’ During Literacy Night

BESSEMER, Ala. — J.S. Abrams Elementary School hosted a festive community event titled "The Gift of Reading," aimed at equipping parents with tools to support their children’s literacy development at home.

The Literacy Night brought families together for an evening of educational partnership, blending holiday cheer with practical academic strategies. Participants engaged in hands-on activities designed to make reading more engaging and meaningful for elementary students.
